When a buyer is ready, we connect you directly.

From there, it's your sale. You and your buyer finalize the deal, payment, and paperwork just like any private sale. Once it closes, we invoice a flat 2% of the sale price. No upfront fees, no listing costs, and nothing owed if it doesn't sell.
