1990 Ocean Alexander 440 Sundeck CPMY

One of the most versatile cruising layouts of its time and based off the popular 44 Tollycraft this is a true NW gem which has been extremely well preserved and cared for! This is a 2nd generation family owned boat for the past 12 years and in that time is has been in a boat house or at its current transferable covered moorage in Everett. This has had some tasteful updates in the last few years, detailed twice a year, and consistent maintenance has been the key for its condition. From the dock her gelcoat glistens with no signs of thinning gelcoat to mention of, the interior is free of those old boat smells while the updated carpet, countertops, and window coverings bring this boat to its current contemporary look!
